Note: I'tried cooking both Sow Thistle and Dandelions in my air fryer earlier this year and they were soooo good! I just mixed them in a tupperware container with olive oil and seasoning (like Mrs. Dash) and popped them in the air fryer, and it was sooo good. They come out really crunchy like Kale chips!
